Yes, all of our products are manufactured in the United States. In order to formulate the highest quality products, certain ingredients require the utilization of a global supply chain. All of our ingredients and products are tested multiple times for quality, purity, potency and safety before, during and after manufacturing.

Are all of your ingredients human grade?

Yes, all ingredients used in the manufacturing of our products are human grade.

Do your products contain grains?

No, none of our products use any grains as an ingredient.

Do you use any artificial colors or flavors?

No, we do not use any artificial colors or flavors in our products.

Are all of your products formulated by a veterinarian?

Yes, all of our products are formulated by a veterinarian.

Do you use Certified Good Manufacturing Practices?

Yes, we use Certified Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in all production activities.

Can I add additional items to my order or combine multiple orders once an order has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?

The selection on our site is live and reflects our current stock levels. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve an item for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?

Your shopping cart will not secure sale prices for you. If you place an item in your cart at a sale price, the price will change once the sale has expired. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!
